Nanny for Toddler and Newborn
About the Family
We are currently seeking a loving, experienced Nanny to support a growing family located in the 21239 zip code area of Baltimore, specifically in the Northwood neighborhood.
This position involves caring for a bright and active toddler and helping the family prepare for the arrival of a newborn in the coming weeks.
This kind and easygoing family is preparing to transition from one child to two and is looking for a nurturing and reliable nanny to grow with them. They value gentle caregiving, open communication, and a calm, structured environment. The family is especially interested in someone who can support them during this exciting but demanding time—experience as a Doula, Postpartum Doula, or Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) is highly preferred.

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM. This is a full-time, afternoon-to-evening role. The nanny will arrive mid-day to assist with toddler lunch, nap transitions, and structured playtime. As the day progresses, responsibilities will include caring for both children, light tidying of play and nursery areas, preparing or serving simple meals for the toddler, and providing support during the evening wind-down routine. Flexibility is appreciated as the family adjusts to life with a newborn.

Ideal Candidate:
